Workforce Capability Framework
The Disability Workforce Capability Framework defines the skills, knowledge and capabilities required by all major job roles across the disability sector. It is a robust, consistent and transparent framework that can be used to underpin people management strategies and enhance organisational culture.
Developed with a steering group of leading-edge disability service providers it incorporates the very latest thinking on person-centred approaches.
The framework can assist your organisation to attract, retain and engage a skilled, capable and motivated workforce to meet the future needs of people with disability through designing/redesigning jobs to meet future needs, aligning employee performance with organisational strategy, identifying workforce development priorities and more.
